Privacy Policy

What we collect
Account details you give us (name, email, company), the deal data you enter (properties, budgets, costs, contractors, documents and receipts you upload), and standard usage logs (IP address, device and browser info) used for security and reliability.
How we use it
To run your workspace: analyzing deals, storing your records, sending the notifications you enable, and billing your subscription. Property data lookups are sent to our data providers only as needed to answer your requests. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your deal data to train AI models.
Who can see it
Your workspace is private to you and the teammates you invite. Our staff access customer data only for support you request or to investigate abuse. We share data with the processors that run the service — hosting, email delivery, payment processing (Stripe), and property-data providers — each bound by their own data-protection terms.
Payment information
Card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers. We store only the subscription status and the last four digits Stripe reports for display.
Retention & deletion
Your data stays as long as your account is active. Delete your account (or ask us at the address below) and workspace data — including uploaded receipts and documents — is removed from production systems within 30 days, with encrypted backups aging out on their fixed schedule.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Workspaces are isolated per tenant, uploads live in access-controlled storage served through time-limited links, and sensitive operations are audit-logged.
Your rights
You can export your data at any time (CSV exports are built in), correct it in the app, or request a copy or deletion by emailing us. If you're in a jurisdiction with specific privacy rights (GDPR, CCPA), we honor access, correction, deletion and portability requests.
