This policy describes how FlipPlanner collects and uses information through FlipPlanner websites, applications, communications, and related services. A separate written agreement may add terms for a customer or organization.

2. Information We Collect

We collect account and profile details such as your name, email address, company, plan, workspace settings, and support requests. When you use FlipPlanner, we may process property addresses, comparable selections, assumptions, budgets, costs, contractors, schedules, permits, draws, receipts, documents, and other project records you submit.

We also collect device, log, security, feature-usage, and performance information. Payment card details are handled by our billing provider; we receive billing status and related account identifiers rather than full card numbers.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to provide, secure, support, and improve FlipPlanner; authenticate users; run requested property and project workflows; send enabled notifications; process subscriptions; investigate abuse; meet contractual and legal obligations; and communicate about account, service, and support matters.

4. Workspace Data

Customers control the business and project data they place in a workspace. We process that data to provide the service under the customer's instructions and applicable agreements. Workspace access is limited by tenant, role, and team settings. Customers are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for submitted records, images, receipts, documents, and other content.

5. Property Data and Automated Analysis

Property lookups and comparable-sales requests may send relevant addresses and search criteria to contracted data providers. Coverage and accuracy vary by property and market. FlipPlanner also processes the assumptions you choose to produce calculations, comparisons, and other requested analysis.

6. Service Providers and Disclosures

We disclose information to vendors that help provide hosting, storage, authentication, payments, email, analytics, customer support, document processing, and property data. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, during a corporate transaction, or at a customer's direction. We do not sell personal information for money.

7. Cookies and Service Logs

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, preferences, and service operation. Analytics technology may also be used when configured to understand site and feature usage. Disabling essential browser storage may prevent parts of the service from working.

8. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, tenant-scoped data handling, protected network transport, audit logging, and security monitoring where applicable. Private file downloads use access checks and time-limited links where supported. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security and business records, satisfy legal obligations, resolve disputes, and follow applicable customer or provider agreements. Retention periods vary by data type and account status. Backup copies may remain for a limited period before being overwritten.

10. Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of personal information, or to object to certain processing. Self-service exports are available for supported project and accounting records.

11. Children's Privacy

FlipPlanner is designed for real estate professionals and is not directed to children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information directly to FlipPlanner.
